Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex enterprise software projects on time, within scope and budget
• Guide and support a team of project managers on workstreams such as data conversion, system integration, and infrastructure
• Oversee Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices to improve team maturity and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of project management experience, with 3+ years using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience managing major enterprise software deployments, particularly with ERP and CRM systems
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST and FedRAMP
