Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, software development, or scrum
• Proven experience in managing IT consulting projects and change initiatives
• Ability to motivate project teams and mediate conflicts
• Experience with various project management and agile tools
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
