Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives for its product development organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of interconnected software development projects, ensuring smooth execution across all initiatives
• Coordinate and plan the execution of the product roadmap, translating priorities into actionable plans
• Lead planning meetings, establish best practices, and ensure clarity during SDLC handoffs between departments

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development, preferably in an agile environment
• Experience in early-stage startup environments
• Hands-on expertise in the full software development life cycle and multiple Agile methodologies
• Experience with defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
