Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee project management tasks for client accounts and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews across all project phases
• Supervise project teams and ensure compliance with client agreements and government regulations

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in engineering/construction project management
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role
• Experience in leading and developing project teams
• Knowledge of government laws and regulations related to project management
