Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Recruiting Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, secure resources, set milestones, and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor initiative progress, report updates, enforce accountability, and direct efforts towards project goals
• Engage in process enhancement projects and assist recruiting leaders with resource planning and headcount allocation

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated project/program management expertise
• Experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or related fields is desirable
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday platforms is beneficial
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to adapt to and drive change in fast-paced environments
