Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-impact projects of significant complexity and strategic importance
• Mentor Project Managers and drive best practices in project delivery and methodology adherence
• Align projects with system-wide strategic priorities to ensure sustainable outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field required
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading complex projects
• Experience in healthcare, IT, or other regulated industries is required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is required
• Master's degree or additional certifications in Agile or Lean Six Sigma are preferred
