Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager (IT Business Systems) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise business systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT business systems initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, focused on IT business systems
• Proven experience leading large, enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (ERP, billing, payments, CRM, integrations)
• Experience managing external vendors and system implementation partners
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
