Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project-level relationship with strategic customers from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
• Lead complex software implementations across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with customer agreements
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues while providing executive-level status reporting on project health

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing the implementation of enterprise software solutions
• Proven success in delivering long-running implementations (6+ months)
• Experience leading matrixed teams across internal functions and external partners
• Strong SaaS industry experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred but not required
