Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead the management of conversion initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and execution
• Oversee product development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technology-related field
• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting focused on Insurance Agency Management Systems
• Mastery of various Insurance Agency Management Systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certifications are a plus
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
