• Embed change management and communication strategies into initiatives for successful adoption
• Support cross-functional initiatives by establishing project structures, timelines, and measures of success

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or consulting roles
• Experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with HR or People & Culture teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action
