Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large technology implementation projects with complex components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and clarity
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor execution against budget, and recommend adjustments as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 20 years), with a focus in Business Administration or Information Systems preferred
• 8+ years of consulting experience in a Senior Consultant, Manager, or similar role
• Leadership of at least six full life-cycle implementations as a Project Manager
• Global/multi-product implementation experience
• Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft suite of business productivity tools
