• Manage custom implementations for customers and develop project plans

• Maintain project data and ensure deliverable quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, including MS Project
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customers and projects
• Prior experience with implementing CRM solutions is desired
• PMP certification is a plus
