Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and tracking tools for cross-functional project management
• Schedule and organize project team meetings, track action items, and escalate concerns to management
• Manage communication and collaboration between functional areas to execute project milestones effectively

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience with a proven ability to lead and execute projects
• Experience managing NIH-funded projects and understanding of grant rules and procedures
• Basic understanding of Medical Affairs and familiarity with research preferred
• Medical or scientific background preferred
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) is required
