Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Collaborate with clients to prepare project elements such as scope, budget, and schedules
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure all functions remain on schedule while resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Innovative mindset to develop new methods beyond existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
