Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs and projects for successful customer deployment and adoption
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, managing deliverables, risks, and project timelines
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Facing Implementation roles within a technology organization
• Proven track record of working with external customers and key internal partner teams
• Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, cost, and margin
• Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferred
