Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Supply Chain and Automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, driving schedules and ensuring adherence to requirements
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of external project components
• Lead the implementation phase, facilitating issue resolution and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through deployment
• Strong background in Supply Chain operations, specifically in Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) or automation
• High technical aptitude with an understanding of hardware and software dependencies
• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Smartsheet, and familiarity with Jira
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively resolve issues independently
