Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project management services for facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects while managing risks and budgets
• Coordinate and track Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs) and interact with contractors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Engineering Design or Construction
• Proficient in reviewing and commenting on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings
• Experience overseeing new construction or renovations of older buildings
• Some cost estimating experience, particularly with the RS Means format
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
