Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Product & Strategy organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive intricate and time-critical projects by gathering context and developing a prioritized framework for resolution
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to identify operational opportunities and define solutions
• Support the setting and tracking of KPIs and performance trends to help project teams turn goals into actionable tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategic analysis, or program management
• Insurance experience strongly preferred, especially across multiple functions
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proven track record of building relationships and driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
