Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Senior Project Manager who will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee agency work across multichannel tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive internal agency processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and maintaining team motivation and productivity
• Function in a hybrid role with direct client contact and manage project directives and documentation effectively
• Conduct risk analysis, identify potential roadblocks, and facilitate communication between client management and creative teams

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing project management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
• Ability to establish clear directions and understand job responsibilities of team members
• Experience in training new project managers during onboarding
