Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide project management leadership for implementation projects and customer services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope and budget
• Conduct regular status meetings with the customer project team to review progress, issues, and risks
• Facilitate technical discussions and serve as the primary escalation point for project resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eight years of project management experience, with at least five years in a customer-facing role
• Experience managing software implementations lasting 9-15 months with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
• Experience managing project portfolios and engaging with C-Suite stakeholders
