Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams
• Manage internal initiatives that support client success and enterprise-level strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans while facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client-facing environments
• 2-5 years of direct project or program management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and related project management tools
