Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise HR technology platforms from design through global rollout

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in project/program management with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience in enterprise HR technology implementations and Agile delivery
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess project impacts

• Experience with cross-functional teams and proficiency in Agile project management tools
