Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact web design and development projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring ongoing management of Continuous Improvement and digital marketing execution
• Accountable for on-time delivery, managing complex technical scopes, and protecting project margins
• Act as the operational strategist for clients, collaborating with specialists to ensure alignment with client business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency
• Solid understanding of UX, CRO, and digital marketing; certifications like PMP, ScrumMaster, or Google Analytics are a plus
• Ability to operate independently and handle client escalations effectively
• Proficiency in modern tech stacks such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, and Asana
• Experience leading high-stakes client meetings and distilling technical concepts for stakeholders
