Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring project governance and executive-level visibility
• Lead operational transformation efforts and develop sustainable standard operating procedures and performance metrics
• Architect change management strategies for technology and operational initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and training approaches

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years of project or program management experience, including 2 years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in applying process improvement methodologies in a business operations context
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced project and program management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and high visibility projects
• Proficiency in change management frameworks and the ability to design and execute change strategies
