Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and foster strong partnerships with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Plan and deliver project milestones while maintaining accountability and focus on outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage dependencies to keep initiatives on track

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects in a product, engineering, or technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, with familiarity in Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency with Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering Managers to maintain team alignment
• Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP) are preferred but not required
