Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Project Manager, CX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation while facilitating communication with all stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and guide teams through launch readiness and project closeout

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in customer-facing environments
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Experience with technical and AI/GenAI software delivery projects
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
• PMP certification preferred
