Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Project Manager to oversee project management for client accounts and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, manage budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews throughout all project phases
• Assist in consultant selection and manage project documentation and approvals

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering/construction project role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management
• Experience in leading and developing project teams
• Familiarity with government laws and regulations related to project management
