Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a high-volume workload for a global automotive account.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project life cycles, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders about project expectations and deadlines
• Lead internal meetings to clarify project steps, capture notes, and support process development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in an ad agency, design firm, or in-house marketing environment
• Proficiency in project management software such as Workamajig, Asana, Jira, and/or Trello
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent relationship-building skills and adaptability in team roles
• Experience in quality control and adherence to brand guidelines
