Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring integration and alignment with strategic priorities
• Manage project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, and budget, while engaging stakeholders across various departments
• Establish KPIs, track project performance, and ensure compliance with internal quality management systems and regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing large, complex projects with accountability for deliverables
• At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation within manufacturing or regulated environments
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-site digital roadmaps
• PMP or similar certification preferred; equivalent competency considerations accepted
