Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring integration and compliance with strategic goals
• Manage project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, and budget, while engaging stakeholders across various departments
• Establish KPIs and track project performance, ensuring compliance with internal QMS and regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years managing large/complex projects with full accountability for deliverables
• At least 3 years of digital transformation experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-site digital roadmaps
• PMP or similar certification preferred; equivalent competency considerations accepted
