Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives implementing a Manufacturing Execution System across worldwide factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring integration and process compliance
• Manage project lifecycle scope, schedule, and cost; develop project plans and budgets
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate resources to align on digital initiatives and track project performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing large/complex projects
• At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation within manufacturing or regulated environments
• Strong project management skills, including budget and risk management
• PMP or similar certification preferred; equivalent competency considerations accepted
