Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring integration and compliance with strategic goals
• Manage project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement
• Establish KPIs, track project performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years managing large/complex projects with full accountability
• At least 3 years of digital transformation experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
• Strong project management skills including risk and stakeholder management
• PMP or similar certification preferred; equivalent competency considerations accepted
