Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives implementing a Manufacturing Execution System across global factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring integration and compliance with strategic priorities
• Manage project lifecycle including scope, schedule, and budget, while engaging stakeholders across various departments
• Establish KPIs, track project performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing large, complex projects
• At least 3 years of digital transformation experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-site digital roadmaps
• PMP or similar certification preferred; equivalent competency considerations accepted
