Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing project success and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and manages project plans, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and compliance standards
• Leads and coaches multiple project teams, facilitating operational checkpoints and collaborative design sessions
• Continuously updates stakeholders on project status and ensures projects meet success parameters and ROI targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of project management and/or process improvement experience, preferably in banking and card payments
• Knowledge of banking technology stacks and integration
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean and/or Six Sigma)
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions
