Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mainframe modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for large, high-risk initiatives, managing timelines and quality standards
• Define and document project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Implement standardized policies and procedures to enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in a software company
• 6+ years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and business transformation through project delivery
