Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex clinical trial and regulatory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute high-profile clinical trial or regulatory projects
• Interface with internal departments, company leadership, sponsors, and vendors
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or related discipline, or equivalent required
• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical Company
• Good working knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory requirements
• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external team members
• Action-oriented with the ability to mentor and delegate effectively
