• Manage customer delivery projects from PreSales through technical onboarding, ensuring strong customer relationships
• Collaborate across various departments to drive successful outcomes on customer engagements
• Maintain project plans, identify risks, and provide timely delivery status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity organization
• Proven experience in technical onboarding and working with highly technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices
• Ability to drive accountability without direct authority
