Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee customer engagement and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large customer projects during the implementation lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-touch clients, providing insights and updates
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation while tracking progress against milestones

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and trend analysis
• Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects
• Bilingual in English and French is required
