Required Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience managing Salesforce-based programs or platforms
• Proven experience managing and delivering AI-based or data-driven solutions
• Relevant certifications (Solution Administration, Project Management, or similar)
• Solid understanding of business logic and system/process flows
• Adaptive leadership style with experience coaching teams and stakeholders through change
