Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead projects focused on optimizing finance and PSA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage an incremental Agile delivery structure, including backlog, roadmap, and sprints
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining visibility for leadership
• Facilitate cross-business unit sessions to define a unified way of working and lead user change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong experience in Agile methods and incremental release cycles
• Hands-on experience with SuiteProjects Pro (OpenAir) or similar PSA platforms
• Solid understanding of finance and PSA processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Proven experience in user change management and ability to provide business analysis support
