Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to support enterprise-level brand and marketing initiatives for a regulated organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans while preparing regular project status updates for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management for large-scale brand or digital initiatives
• Experience in life sciences, med tech, pharma, or regulated industries preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project
• Strong experience with resource planning and workload management
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
