Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to support enterprise-level brand and marketing initiatives in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and timelines across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
• Identify project risks and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management in brand, marketing, or digital initiatives
• Experience in life sciences, med tech, pharma, or other regulated industries preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Project
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
