Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Arkalytics implementations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Arkalytics implementations, including project setup and go-live
• Partner with clients to guide implementation best practices and manage risks
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and track project progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in client-facing roles
• Experience with data-related projects and technical resources
• Technical literacy with tools such as Snowflake and Tableau
• PMP certification strongly preferred
