Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project outcomes from initiation through post-go-live stabilization, proactively addressing issues
• Lead stakeholder conversations focused on business objectives rather than just scope and schedule
• Establish project governance structures and deliver insightful communication to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in ERP or large-scale enterprise software implementations
• Demonstrated success managing customer-facing projects with executive-level accountability
• Experience with project governance, scope management, and risk management practices
• Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams in a consulting environment
• Experience with communication and negotiation in challenging conversations
