Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Project Manager who will lead the engineering team and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the engineering team's technical output and ensure quality delivery
Manage sprint ceremonies and technical dependencies across workstreams
Communicate delivery status and technical risks to stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a large enterprise
Experience with legacy modernization and platform migration projects
Hands-on experience in writing and reviewing production code
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
