Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to oversee project management tasks for client accounts and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews at all project phases
• Supervise project managers and oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management
• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
