Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and strategic sales deliverables
• Facilitate kickoff and strategy sessions to define win themes and messaging priorities
• Develop project plans and ensure alignment and progress across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in RFP response development and project management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with flexibility for travel
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments
