Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Ensure personal safety compliance at customer locations and in line with company policies
Oversee equipment installation for Pulp & Paper and industrial water treatment projects
Develop and implement learning programs and performance metrics for the Equipment Team

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of industry experience
Experience in project management of complex projects
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work autonomously and coach both direct and indirect reports
