Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead AI-enabled healthcare technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI-driven programs aligned to customer contracts and strategic initiatives
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science
• Track and report KPIs and OKRs tied to delivery health, adoption, and value realization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, or solution delivery
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare platform implementations with complex integrations
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
