Key Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of all assigned projects, managing cross-functional work stream owners
• Document project scope and create/manage project plans, issue logs, and control plans
• Direct the team, resolve conflicts, and assess progress while reporting status to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in project management within a healthcare or similar environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Skills in team building and conflict resolution
